With the discovery of a rough pencil outline and script of DTA Comics, "Captain Nepto the Original" surfacing in DFG Headquarters, Publisher Dan Graves was incensed to learn that the plotline was stolen directly from the DFG Comics website. "Captain Nepto the Original is everything but original", scoffed Mr. Graves as he held up the script detailing a Nepto/Jester confrontation in Nepto's apartment. "Todd Abbot stole the idea for this issue right from our advance solicitations. I've been in contact with Darryl as to how he'd like to proceed with the project". A follow-up call to Co-Publisher Mr. Andrews revealed that Darryl plans on meeting with Mr. Abbot to bury the hatchet and arrive at some agreeable situation for both parties. "I want the best for the fans" said Mr. Andrews. "As everyone is aware, I am not a fan of Mr. Abbot, but he and I will come to a solution".
