DFG Icons Darryl Andrews & Dan Graves were visiting select comic shops this past May 3, meeting fans and handing out signed copies of back catalogue issues in support of Free Comic Book Day. FCBD is a single day when participating comic book shops across North America and around the world give away comic books absolutely free* to anyone who comes into their stores.
Fans were in awe of the opportunity to meet both DFG powerhouses and became giddy when Dan and Darryl agreed to draw some quick convention style sketches [some which were scanned first to allow DFG fans Worldwide have a peak at them]. In addition to the decidedly high-profile guests, FCBC festivities also included performers hired from DFG Characters Appearance Program Company to provide children with a sanctioned and licensed, DFG character to interact with, as well as other activites and giveaways.
